MISSING: Lee County authorities searching for missing Opelika man

The Lee County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating a missing 49-year-old man who was last seen leaving his Opelika residence on the morning of Oct. 27.
According to a missing person notice, Christopher Shane Craft was last seen at approximately 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 27, leaving his residence in the 400 block of Lee Road 2161 in Opelika.
Craft was last seen driving a silver 2010 Honda Accord bearing Alabama license plate 43C2E03. The vehicle is described as similar to the one pictured in the missing person notice.
Craft is described as 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighing approximately 185 pounds.
Anyone with information about Craft’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Lee County Sheriff’s Office at 334-737-7131 or dial 911.
