Police added that during the investigation, evidence confirmed Kellum as the offender. “Evidence also revealed Kellum’s interaction with the juvenile victim to be willful abuse and maltreatment,” police confirmed.

32-year-old Quendesmond Jamaad Kellum, from Opelika, Alabama, was arrested on a charge of willful abuse of a child on March 25, 2025. Kellum was transported to the Lee County Jail and held on a $10,000 bond.
