    Valley man killed in Lee County ATV crash

    An all-terrain vehicle crash in Lee County has left a Valley man deceased.

    The crash, which involved a 2020 Kawasaki 800G side-by-side ATV, occurred on Lee Road 361 near Lee Road 910 in the Beulah community of Lee County around 5:20 P.M. on Saturday, March 22, 2025.

    Alabama Law Enforcement Agency confirmed 69-year-old Randy G. Looney was fatally injured when the side-by-side ATV he was operating left the roadway and struck a tree.

    “Looney was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene,” authorities added.

    Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Highway Patrol Division are investigating.
