An investigation is underway after gunfire erupted leaving a LaGrange home damaged and a man and four juveniles being traumatized.
Officers from the LaGrange Police Department responded to 1305 Polk Street, in regards to shots being fired at a residence around 12:20 A.M. on June 27th.
Officers made contact with the resident who stated that he was in bed asleep, when he heard several gun shots being fired at his residence.
“He stated when the shooting stopped he exited his bedroom and discovered several bullet holes inside of his residence,” authorities added. “The resident stated no one was injured to include 4 juveniles who were in the rear bedroom of the residence.
The male resident could not provide Police with any information concerning the identity of the suspects.
