Columbus first responders on scene of reported crash.

The crash occurred on I-185 North just before Macon Road (Exit 3) during afternoon rush hour on September 16, 2025.

Georgia Department of Transportation said all northbound lanes remain closed while officers work the crash.

Traffic appears backed up to Fort Benning. Expect heavy delays if traveling northbound.
