Fire crews are working to extinguish a large brush fire in Harris County.

The fire is taking place in a large woods area between Ridgeway Road and Mt. Airy Road in the Waverly Hall community of the county. The fire was reported at 3:38 p.m. on Sunday, March 22, 2026.
