Century 21 real estate CEO arrested for aggravated sexual battery charge

A realtor identified as Carlos Alexander Rozwadowski, who is the co-founder of Century 21 Premier Realty, has been put into the Muscogee County Jail on three charges.

Rozwadowski, 46, was jailed on February 16th at 1:08 PM, 2022 on aggravated sexual battery, battery, and false imprisonment. All three charges stem from an incident which occurred on January 6th, 2022.

Rozwadowski has a $500 bond for the battery charge but doesn’t have a bond for the other two charges after a court hearing was finalized, according to court records.

He has been asked to stay away from 4 people, according to the records obtained by News 2. The Georgia Real Estate Commission confirms Rozwadowski’s status of being a realtor is inactive as of the day he was jailed, which was February 16th.

No other details have been confirmed by News 2, but this is a developing story.
