CNAW2News has received numerous reports of Santa Claus being spotted flying from house to house in the Chattahoochee Valley.

The first reports began coming in around 8:45 p.m. on Christmas Eve, when residents claimed to hear bells on rooftops and observed a red, sleigh-like object moving rapidly through the night sky. 

Several eyewitnesses reported seeing what appeared to be nine reindeer, specifically one having a red blinking nose, traveling alongside the sleigh.

Numerous calls have been received described a man dressed in a red coat with a white beard entering multiple residents without signs of forced entry, CNAW2News has confirmed with local officials.

The man, believed to be Mr. Claus, is said to be seen carrying a large red bag full of gifts for children.

At the time of this article, there is no immediate threat to public safety. 

Children throughout the area have been advised to remain asleep, as officials say the suspect appears to be operating only during overnight hours. Parents are encouraged to keep milk and cookies in a visible location as a precaution.
